My best friend in Australia, Diet Coke! It costs almost $3 for a 12oz. size of coke, so we buy the large sizes!

Me at the Iron Gate vineyard in Hunter Valley.

Another picture at Iron Gate at the front of the winery.

Best desserts ever...lemon tarte and chocolate croissant! :)

Leslie - Your mom sent an email this morning with the pictures of the cards you saw at the flea market. Really cool and they were so pretty. Thanks for sharing that.
I am so jealous of your travels. My husband DESPARATELY...and I do mean D-E-S-P-A-R-A-T-E-L-Y...wants to go to Australia. That's been his dream place to travel. I think we are going to look into a pastor swap. Surely we can find someone who wants to come to the US for an extended visit. Billy doesn't think there are any United Methodist Churches in Australia. I can't believe that. He says there is another denomination - I can't think of the name - maybe something like United Christ Church - that is pretty close. He wants to stay at least a month and the longer the better to see all the sights and really have time to enjoy the land.
I've been reading your blog and looking at the pictures. Sounds like you're having a great trip. Thanks for sharing the photos and I'll keep checking back on the blog for more updates on your travels.
Have a great time!!
Karla
